Our 3-Step Process ...

Step 1:  Certification as Trade-Injured

Our team will walk your firm through the steps to qualify for the Trade Adjustment Assistance for Firms (TAAF) program.  If your firm has experienced the following issues over the past year, there is a strong chance you will qualify.

  • Decline in business volume
  • Impact on labor

Step 2:  Customized Adjustment Plan

After the EDA certifies your firm, we’ll work with management to create a customized adjustment plan, including analyzing the market, and how much funding will be awarded.

We’ll go through the following ...

  • Analysis of both domestic and global market trends
  • Analysis of the firm’s financial performance
  • Analysis of the firm’s key business processes
  • Documentation of the firm’s recovery strategy
  • A broad outline of the knowledge-based projects to be implemented

Step 3:  Project Implementation

This is the most important phase of the program where turnaround really happens for the firm producing a positive outcome.
